A note from Erin
I created the reset I needed myself.
Truthfully, I’ve struggled with staying hydrated since high school. These days I know I should drink more water, but between work, family, and everything else on my plate, hydration was usually one of the first things to fall off.
Eventually, I got tired of having the same conversation with my doctor and seeing the same dehydration signs in my lab results. I knew I needed to make a change, but I also knew another complicated wellness routine was not going to work for me.
I needed something practical. Something I could actually stick with and that could make a real difference in how I cared for myself.
That’s why I created the 10-Day Hydration Reset. It’s for busy women and men who want to feel better and take better care of themselves without turning wellness into another full-time job. Because let’s be real, none of us has time for yet another job.
